Meet the Team

Passionate in corporate advisory, Nicholas has over 20 years of Business Advisory experience (involving Valuation Advisory, Dispute Advisory, Corporate Recovery, and IPO Advisory), where he had serviced various clients from large publicly traded listed companies to multinational corporates including early start-up, that are operating in different sectors such as Renewable Energy, Precision Engineering, Aerospace, Education, Technology (SaaS, XaaS, IaaS), Oil & Gas, Shipbuilding, and Healthcare.

He was formerly a Senior Assistant Director, Accounting Policy Department of ACRA, where he had driven and led in the development and adoption of Intangibles Disclosure Framework (“IDF”) under the Singapore Intellectual Property Strategy (“SIPS2030”) initiative. He was also involved as the engaged consultant in drafting of IDF.

Recognised as an IA/IP Valuation Expert under the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and Joint WIPO-IPOS Open-Ended List of Experts specialised in IP Valuation.
